Shipping Policy

General

  • All bouquets are shipped and delivered by FedEx. They are not hand-delivered like live flowers from a local florist.
  • Packages cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day.
  • Ship-to addresses cannot be changed once the item has shipped.
  • Orders delivered by the "end of the day" may arrive as late as 11 pm on the estimated delivery day.
  • Shipping delivery dates are estimates only, they are not guaranteed.
  • The day the order is shipped is not considered a full business day, nor is the weekend.
  • APO/FPO (armed forces address) orders ship via USPS and can take up to 14 days for delivery.
  • We do not ship to PO Box addresses. 
  • For BUY NOW, SHIP LATER shipping option orders: Arrival date must be at least 5 days from now. Delivers Mon-Fri only. After purchase please email us with ideal delivery date. Upon completing your purchase, kindly send us an email specifying your preferred delivery date. We'll make every effort to contact you for this information post-purchase. In case we don't hear from you within 7 days, we'll proceed with shipping the order.

In the order confirmation email, you will receive an "Estimated Delivery Date". Please note this is not a guaranteed delivery date for your order. Sometimes our system calculates this estimated date without considering the following factors: 

  • Cutoff time is 2 PM pacific time
  • The day of the week you are placing the order: All packages are shipped Monday- Friday, unless it is a holiday. 
  • The day a parcel ships cannot be counted as an 'in transit' day.

Please use the tracking information to follow the progress of your shipment for a more accurate estimate.

Shipping Services:

  • ECONOMY SHIPPING: Estimated Arrival 4-6 Business Days 
  • STANDARD SHIPPING: Estimated Arrival 2-3 Business Days 
  • EXPRESS: Estimated Arrival 2 Business Days
  • RUSH: Estimated Arrival 1 Business Day

Shipping to a Business

  • Depending on the size of the business, packages will be delivered to the reception, mailroom, or the person/office designated for receiving mail and not hand-delivered to your recipient.
  • Packages are generally delivered to business addresses during their normal business hours Monday-Friday. Packages cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day.
  • Some businesses can take up to 24+ hours to distribute mail internally so If you need your gift delivered on a certain day to your recipient, we recommend letting the business know about the incoming shipment and ask them to distribute it immediately.

International Shipping

  • We currently offer shipping of our products throughout the United States. If you want to ship to another region or country, please sign-up for our newsletter and we will send out a notification as our products become available elsewhere.
