Cancelation Policy

Cancellation and Return Policy

At Manly Man Co, we understand that circumstances may change. We have established a clear and fair cancellation and return policy to address these situations:

1. Order Cancellations:

All orders can be canceled anytime before the order is processed. Please note that our orders typically ship Monday through Friday cutoff is 2 pm Pacific Time.

2. Non-Food Items:

For non-food items, if an order has been shipped and you wish to return it, you may do so within 30 days of receiving the item. The item must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition to qualify for a return. please refer to our return policy.

3. Personalized Orders:

Personalized or made-to-order items are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has begun, as they are tailored to your specific requirements. Orders are processed within 24 hours no matter what shipping method is selected at check out.

4. Food Items:

Due to safety and hygiene reasons, food items, once shipped, cannot be canceled or returned. If you have concerns about the quality or condition of food items received, please refer to our return policy.

5. Cancellation and Return Process:

6. Refunds:

If a refund is applicable for your canceled order or returned non-food item, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
