Refund policy

At Manly Man Co., we take pride in the quality and safety of our products. Because many of our items are food-based or customizable, certain restrictions apply to returns and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Food Items

  • No Returns (Except Defects): For safety reasons, food items cannot be returned unless defective.

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If your food item arrives damaged or has quality issues, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

  • Process: We may request a photo and description of the issue. Upon verification, we can offer:

    • A refund to the original payment method, or

    • A replacement/exchange of the defective item.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.


2. Non-Food Items

  • Eligibility: Non-food items may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If your non-food item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of receipt. Photos and details may be required.

  • Refunds & Exchanges:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

    • Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items.

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


3. Customizable Items

  • Final Sale: Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.

  • Defective Items: If a customizable product arrives defective, contact us within 14 days. We may request photos and details to process a replacement or refund.


4. Rewards Program & Returns

If you participate in the Manly Man Co. Rewards Program, returns may affect your points balance:

  1. Points Earned on Returned Orders

    • Rewards points earned from a returned purchase will be deducted from your account once the return is processed.

  2. Points Used Toward a Purchase That is Returned

    • If you used rewards points to pay for part of your order, those points will not be reinstated.

    • Refunds only apply to the portion paid with your original payment method.

    • Example: If you used $10 in points and $40 on a card, you’ll be refunded $40. The $10 in points will not return to your account.

  3. Expired Points

    • Points expire 12 months after being earned. Expired points cannot be reinstated, even if tied to a return.

  4. Fraudulent or Abusive Returns

    • We reserve the right to revoke or adjust points earned through fraudulent or abusive returns.


5. Refund Method & Timing

  • Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Once approved, refunds typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping fees are not refundable unless the issue is due to our error.


6. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or report an issue, please contact our Customer Service Team within the applicable timeframes. Be prepared to provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)
