My husband loved his beef jerky bouquet. He said the beef jerky was delicious. It took a couple tries to get the glass correct (third time was the charm). I emailed each time to report the incorrect glass and received a fast response in return plus another glass mailed to us immediately. I would definitely order from the company again (everyone has a bad day) because my husband Loved it and the product was worth it.
